Chimney Sweep & Inspection – Soot removal from the firebox, refractory panels, masonry brick, grate, fireback, smoke shelf, damper, flue, and visual inspection from the ground and roof when applicable. 

 

Price -$199.95.

Gas Fireplace cleaning, diagnostic and repair- Soot removal from the firebox, refractory panels and glass doors. A diagnostic inspection will be completed on the parts to determine source of the issue and a replacement of that part will be done if necessary.

Price- $199.95 + parts and labor.

Manufacture gas connections and conditions of use are beyond the control of American Grit Ltd Co. We take no liability for the safety or function of the grill, fireplace, chimney, or dryer vent and none is implied.
